LIGHT-WEIGHT SELF-STANDING WALL AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF LIGHT-WEIGHT SELF-STANDING WALL
To provide a light-weight self-standing wall that allows, as the material itself can be bent, and the material is easily processed to an extent to be cut by a cutter etc., a design in free imagination, and that has almost no concern for a damage due to a collapse in an earthquake as the material itself is light-weight and further is better in a manufacturing cost as well, and a construction method of the light-weight self-standing wall.SOLUTION: A light-weight self-standing wall 10 comprises a plurality of light-weight panels 20 arranged with a base by concrete or a concrete block as a foundation, an irregular shape steel bar 30 vertically arranged between the light-weight panels 20, a mortar block body 40 between the light-weight panels 20 for filling and curing mortar so as to bury the irregular shape steel bar 30, and a finish layer 70 over a whole surface of the light-weight panel 20 and a whole surface of the foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】素材自体が曲がること、素材がカッター等で切削できる程度に容易に加工できるため、自由発想のデザイン設計を可能にするとともに、素材自体が軽量であるため、地震時における崩壊による被害の心配も殆ど無く、さらに、製造コスト的にも優れた軽量自立壁、及び軽量自立壁の施工方法を提供すること。【解決手段】コンクリートまたはコンクリートブロックによる基礎を土台として設置した複数の軽量パネル20と、軽量パネル20と軽量パネル20の間に垂設した異形鉄筋30と、軽量パネル20と軽量パネル20の隙間であって、異形鉄筋30を埋没させるようにモルタルを充填し硬化させたモルタルブロック体40と、軽量パネル20の全面、及び基礎の全面に仕上げ層70を備えることを特徴とする軽量自立壁10とした。【選択図】図1
