LIGHTWEIGHT SELF-STANDING WALL, JOINT CEMENT COMPOSITION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR LIGHTWEIGHT SELF-STANDING WALL
To provide a lightweight self-standing wall which is excellent in workability during construction.SOLUTION: In a lightweight self-standing wall, notch recesses 23 in a vertical direction are formed on a butting surface 22 where a plurality of lightweight panels 21 are joined to each other, and a through hole 24 is formed from the opposite notch recesses 23 by making the lightweight panels 21 butt each other. A support member 51 erected from a foundation part 11 is inserted into the through hole 24, and the through hole 24 is filled with a slurry of a joint cement composition. The slurry of the joint cement composition has appropriate flowability because of having a 100 mm vinyl chloride flow test value (JASS 15M-103) of 125-250 mm, can be made to easily fill the through hole 24, and is excellent in workability during construction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】施工時の作業性に優れる軽量自立壁を提供すること。【解決手段】軽量自立壁は、それぞれが接合される複数の軽量パネル21の接合する突合せ面22に、上下方向の切欠凹部23が形成され、軽量パネル21同士を突き合わせることにより、対向する切欠凹部23から貫通孔24が形成される。貫通孔24には、基礎部位11から立設された支持部材51が挿通され、接合セメント組成物のスラリーが充填される。接合セメント組成物のスラリーは、100mm塩ビフロー試験値(JASS 15 M-103)が125~250mmであるため、適度な流動性を有し、貫通孔24への充填を容易にすることができ、施工時の作業性に優れる。【選択図】図2
