CONNECTION STRUCTURE BETWEEN ABRASION-PROOF PRECAST MEMBERS
To provide a connection structure which can prevent push-up of a precast member even when a water pressure in a downward flow direction acts on a joint part of the precast member.SOLUTION: A joint part end face 2 which is installed so as to be positioned on the downstream side of an abrasion-proof precast member 1 laid in the downward flow direction of a front apron part is composed of a reverse-stepped step part projecting whose an upper part 3 projects in a downward flow direction, a joint part end face 5 on the upstream side of a precast member 4 installed on the downstream side is composed of a stepped step part whose a lower part 6 projects to an upstream direction, and both of the precast members 1 and 4 are connected to each other by vertically overlapping on the joint part end faces 2 and 5. A joint part 34 parallel to the downward flow direction formed between the side faces 17 and 17 of the abrasion-proof precast members 1 and 1 installed vertical to the downward flow direction is formed so that a vertical cross section expanded from the upper part side to the depth part side has a trapezoidal shape, and the joint part 34 is filled with a joint member 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 流下方向の水圧がプレキャスト部材の目地部に作用してもプレキャスト部材の押し上げを防止できる連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】 水たたき部の流下方向に敷設される耐摩耗プレキャスト部材1の下流側に位置して設置する目地部端面2は上部3が流下方向に突出する逆階段状の段差部で構成され、下流側に設置するプレキャスト部材4の上流側の目地部端面5は下部6が上流方向に突出する階段状の段差部で構成され、両プレキャスト部材1,4を目地部端面2,5で上下に重ね合わせることで連結する。流下方向に垂直な方向に敷設される耐摩耗プレキャスト部材1,1のそれぞれの側面17,17の間に形成される流下方向と平行な目地部34が、上部側から深部側に向けて拡大する縦断面が台形状に形成され、その目地部34に目地部材35が充填されている。【選択図】図1
