COLLISION PREVENTION SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
To provide a collision prevention system that can achieve speed reduction by limiting an operable range of an operation part for adjusting a travel speed, can be provided on an existing industrial vehicle even by post-installation, and also can have functions easily added to secure safety.SOLUTION: An operation limiting part 13 is provided nearby an operation part 86 for adjusting the speed of a vehicle while making it possible to detect an obstacle by picking up an imaging object range behind the industrial vehicle by an imaging device and analyzing the picked-up image by an analytic processing part, and a speed control part 14 controls the operation of this operation limiting part 13. If an obstacle is detected in a processing region within the imaging object range, a signal indicating the detection is output from the analytic processing part to the speed control part 14, which operates the operation control part 13 based upon the signal to reduce an operable range of the operation part 86 and then limit the speed of the vehicle set by the operation part 86. Consequently, the vehicle can be reduced in speed or stopped to be prevented from colliding against the obstacle, thereby securing safety.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 進行速度を調整する操作部の操作可能範囲を制限して減速可能とし、既存の産業用車両に後付けでも設置でき、簡易に機能を付加して、安全性を確保できる、衝突防止システムを提供する。【解決手段】 産業用車両後方の撮像対象範囲を撮像装置で撮像し、撮像画像を解析処理部で解析して障害物を検出可能とする一方、車両の速度を調整する操作部86の近傍に操作制限部13を設け、この操作制限部13の作動を速度制御部14で制御するようにし、撮像対象範囲の処理領域で障害物を検出した場合、解析処理部から検出を示す信号が速度制御部14に出力され、速度制御部14が信号に基づいて操作制限部13を作動させ、操作部86の操作可能範囲を縮小して、操作部86により設定される車両の速度が制限される状態となることから、車両を減速又は停止させて、車両と障害物との衝突を未然に防ぐことができ、安全を確保できる。【選択図】 図1
