URETHANE HEAT INSULATION BEARING WALL
To provide a urethane heat insulation bearing wall capable of securing a bearing capacity as a bearing wall while enhancing heat insulation by using hard urethane foam by field spraying as a heat insulating material.SOLUTION: An urethane heat insulation bearing wall 1 comprises: two upper and lower horizontal members 2 and 4; two right and left vertical members 3 and 3; a bearing surface member 6 fixed so as to close an opening on one side of a rectangular frame 5 formed by the horizontal members 2 and 4 and the vertical members 3 and 3; and a urethane heat insulating material 8 which fills a space formed by the frame 5 and the bearing surface member 6 by spraying in the field. The inner peripheral surface of the frame 5 is covered from an edge side on one side to the vicinity of an edge side on the other side with an unbonded material 7 for inhibiting adhesion between the frame 5 and the urethane heat insulating material 8. The urethane heat insulating material 8 is filled so as to fill the space formed by the frame 5 and the bearing surface material 6, and bonded from the vicinity of the edge on the other side not covered with the unbonded material 7 on the inner peripheral surface of the frame 5 to the edge on the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】現場吹き付けによる硬質ウレタンフォームを断熱材として用いることによって断熱性を高めながら、耐力壁としての耐力性能も確保することができるウレタン断熱耐力壁を提供すること。【解決手段】上下2本の水平材2、4と、左右2本の垂直材3、3と、水平材2、4及び垂直材3、3によって形成される方形の枠5の一方側の開口部を塞ぐように固定される耐力面材6と、枠5及び耐力面材6によって形成される空間に現場吹き付けによって充填されるウレタン断熱材8と、を備え、枠5の内周面は、一方側の縁辺から他方側の縁辺近傍まで、枠5とウレタン断熱材8との接着を阻害するアンボンド材7で被覆され、ウレタン断熱材8は、枠5及び耐力面材6によって形成される空間を満たすように充填されて、枠5の内周面のアンボンド材7で被覆されていない他方側の縁辺近傍から他方側の縁辺までと接着していることを特徴とするウレタン断熱耐力壁1。【選択図】図2
