To provide a hard urethane foam heat insulation board excellent in venting property during molding, and adhesiveness between a hard urethane foam layer and a face material, and further capable of holding high heat insulation property over long time, and provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a hard urethane foam heat insulation board by laminating a first moisture permeable face material 3 and a first moisture non-permeable face material 13 on one surface of a hard urethane foam layer 9, and laminating a second moisture permeable face material 4 and a second moisture non-permeable face material 14 on another surface of the hard urethane foam layer, including a process for foaming an urethane raw material composition between the first moisture permeable face material and the second moisture permeable face material to manufacture a laminate molded body consisting of the first moisture permeable face material, the hard urethane foam layer and the second moisture permeable face material, and a process for laminating the first moisture non-permeable face material on a surface of the first moisture permeable face material of the laminate molded body, and laminating a second moisture non-permeable face material on a surface of the second moisture permeable face material of the laminate molded body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】成形時のガス抜き性および硬質ウレタンフォーム層と面材の接着性に優れ、更に高い断熱性能を長期に亘って保持することが可能な硬質ウレタンフォーム断熱ボード及びその製造方法の提供。【解決手段】硬質ウレタンフォーム層９の一方の面に第一の透湿性面材３および第一の非透湿性面材１３が積層され、硬質ウレタンフォーム層の他方の面に第二の透湿性面材４および第二の非透湿性面材１４が積層されてなる硬質ウレタンフォーム断熱ボードの製造方法であって、第一の透湿性面材と第二の透湿性面材の間でウレタン原料組成物を発泡させて、第一の透湿性面材と硬質ウレタンフォーム層と第二の透湿性面材とからなる積層成形体を作製する工程、および積層成形体の第一の透湿性面材の面に第一の非透湿性面材を積層し、積層成形体の第二の透湿性面材の面に第二の非透湿性面材を積層する工程を含む硬質ウレタンフォーム断熱ボードの製造方法。【選択図】図１
