BIASING MEMBER OF VEHICLE DOOR HANDLE AND DOOR HANDLE USING THE SAME
To provide a biasing member and a door handle using the biasing member, which are capable of improving assembly work efficiency of the vehicle door handle.SOLUTION: A biasing member is used in a vehicle door handle, and includes a biasing base body having a rotary shaft part and a locking part and a leaf spring, wherein one end of the leaf spring abuts on the locking part. The assembly work of the biasing base body and the leaf spring for applying biasing force is facilitated, and the productivity of the vehicle door handle can be improved by using the biasing member as biasing means of a grip part of an outer handle and an inner handle for the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 車両用ドアハンドルの組み立て作業効率を向上させることができる、付勢部材及びその付勢部材を使用したドアハンドルを提供する。【解決手段】付勢部材は、車両用ドアハンドルに使用する付勢部材であり、回転軸部と係止部とを有する付勢基体と板バネとを備え、板バネの一方の端部を係止部に当接する。付勢基体と付勢力を付与するための板バネとの組み付け作業が容易となり、車両用アウターハンドル及びインナーハンドルのグリップ部の付勢手段として本付勢部材を用いることにより、車両用ドアハンドルの生産性が向上する。【選択図】 図２
