ASPHALT PLANT AND ASPHALT MIXTURE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
To provide an asphalt plant and asphalt mixture manufacturing method therefor that can reduce noise and dust when crushing a waste material mass.SOLUTION: To be installed is a molten asphalt heating and crushing facility 22, comprising: an asphalt oil tank 24 for storing molten asphalt on a side ground of a plant body 4; heating means 25 for heating the molten asphalt in the asphalt oil tank 24 to a prescribed temperature; scraping means 26 for continuously scraping waste material to be charged into the asphalt oil tank 24; and oil draining means 27 for draining molten asphalt from scraped waste material. The waste material mass is then immersed in the molten asphalt in the asphalt oil tank 24, and the waste material mass is crushed by weakening the bonding force of the asphalt attached to the waste material mass while heating. The heated crushed waste material is used as the asphalt mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 廃材塊を破砕処理する際の騒音や粉塵を軽減できるアスファルトプラント及びそのアスファルト混合物製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 プラント本体４の側部地上に、溶融アスファルトを貯留するアスファルト油槽２４と、該アスファルト油槽２４内の溶融アスファルトを所定温度に加熱する加熱手段２５と、前記アスファルト油槽２４内に投入される廃材を連続的に掻き出す掻き出し手段２６と、掻き出した廃材から溶融アスファルトを油切りする油切り手段２７とを備えた溶融アスファルト加熱解砕設備２２を設置する。そして、前記アスファルト油槽２４内の溶融アスファルトに廃材塊を浸漬して加熱しながら廃材塊に付着するアスファルトの結合力を弱めて廃材塊を解砕し、この解砕した加熱廃材をアスファルト混合物の素材として使用する。【選択図】 図１
