To provide an asphalt plant capable of deodorizing exhaust gas occurred in a new aggregate drying furnace without installing a new deodorizer unit, and a manufacturing method of asphalt mixture.SOLUTION: An asphalt plant 1 includes: a new aggregate drying furnace 32 for drying new aggregate 2; a recycled aggregate drying furnace 52 for drying recycled aggregate 4; and a mixer for mixing the new aggregate 2 that is dried by the new aggregate drying furnace 32, the recycled aggregate 4 that is dried by the recycled aggregate drying furnace 52, and asphalt. The asphalt plant 1 includes a thermal accumulating combustion type deodorizer unit 8 that oxidative decomposes odorous components by heating exhaust gas generated in the new aggregate drying furnace 32 and exhaust gas generated in the recycled aggregate drying furnace 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
