REINFORCING-BAR CAGE INSERTION DEVICE AND REINFORCING-BAR CAGE INSERTION METHOD
To provide a reinforcing-bar cage insertion device and a reinforcing-bar cage insertion method which can insert a reinforcing-bar cage into a soil cement column body while keeping an attitude of the reinforcing-bar cage.SOLUTION: Using a reinforcing-bar cage insertion device 10 including a rod material 12 pressed-in an uncured soil cement column body 30 with driving means 22, an annular ring 14 as an engagement member engaged with a tip of the rod material 12, and a guide wire 18 as a plurality of connection members which connect the reinforcing-bar cage 16 configured in a cage shape with a main reinforcement 26 and a hoop 28 and the annular ring 14, and position the annular ring 14 to a position of a shaft center of the reinforcing-bar cage 16, the rod material 12 is pressed in the soil cement column body 30 with the driving means 22, and thereby the reinforcing-bar cage 16 is inserted to the soil cement column body 30, and then only the rod material 12 is pulled out from the soil cement column body 30 after the reinforcing-bar cage 16 is inserted to a predetermined depth of the soil cement column body 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鉄筋籠の姿勢を保ちつつ、鉄筋籠をソイルセメント柱体に挿入することができる鉄筋籠挿入装置及び鉄筋籠挿入方法を提供する。【解決手段】駆動手段22によって未硬化のソイルセメント柱体30に圧入される棒材12と、棒材12の先端に係合される係合部材としての環状リング14と、主筋26及び帯筋28によって籠状に構成された鉄筋籠16と環状リング14とを連結し、環状リング14を鉄筋籠16の軸芯に位置させる複数の連結部材としての誘導ワイヤ18と、を有する鉄筋籠挿入装置10を用い、駆動手段22によって棒材12をソイルセメント柱体30に圧入することにより、鉄筋籠16をソイルセメント柱体30に挿入し、鉄筋籠16をソイルセメント柱体30の所定の深度まで挿入した後で、棒材12のみをソイルセメント柱体30から引き抜く。【選択図】図1
