REINFORCING BAR CAGE AND METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING REINFORCING BAR CAGE
To realize a reinforcing bar cage and a method for constructing the reinforcing bar cage that enables easier construction.SOLUTION: In a reinforcing bar cage 100, which is formed by simply connecting a first reinforcing bar cage unit 10 and a second reinforcing bar cage unit 20 with multiple fixed reinforcing bars (4, 5) without using mortar-filled mechanical joints, an upper end of a main reinforcing bar 1 of the first reinforcing bar cage unit 10 and a lower end of the main reinforcing bar 1 of the second reinforcing bar cage unit 20 are arranged in a lap joint, and a spiral member 3 is arranged to cover the lap joint portion of the main reinforcing bar 1, so that the solidified material cast in a pile hole H in which the reinforcing bar cage 100 is constructed is restrained by the spiral member 3, and the solidified material, the spiral member 3, the main reinforcing bar 1 of the first reinforcing bar cage unit 10, and the main reinforcing bar 1 of the second reinforcing bar cage unit 20 are integrated. The spiral member 3 covering the lap joint portion of the main reinforcement 1 restrains the solidified material, thereby improving the anchoring strength of the lap joint portion and strengthening a connection between the first reinforcing bar cage unit 10 and the second reinforcing bar cage unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より簡易な施工を可能にする鉄筋籠及び鉄筋籠の建込方法を実現する。【解決手段】モルタル充填式の機械継手を用いることなく、複数の固定鉄筋(4,5)で第1の鉄筋籠ユニット10と第2の鉄筋籠ユニット20を簡易に接続してなる鉄筋籠100であって、第1の鉄筋籠ユニット10の主筋1の上端部と第2の鉄筋籠ユニット20の主筋1の下端部が重ね継手の配置にされ、その主筋1の重ね継手部分を覆うように螺旋状部材3が配設されているので、鉄筋籠100が建て込まれた杭穴H内に打設された固化材料が螺旋状部材3に拘束されるようになって、固化材料と螺旋状部材3と第1の鉄筋籠ユニット10の主筋1と第2の鉄筋籠ユニット20の主筋1とが一体化する。主筋1の重ね継手部分を覆う螺旋状部材3が固化材料を拘束することで、その重ね継手部分の定着強度が向上し、第1の鉄筋籠ユニット10と第2の鉄筋籠ユニット20の連結が強固なものになる。【選択図】図1
