To provide an image processing system capable of robustly locating a position to which an object to be conveyed is thrown.SOLUTION: In a control device 127, an image acquisition part acquires a captured image for taking an object to be conveyed and thrown from an imaging device. A site position location part locates a position of a predetermined part in a site that is shown in the captured image and to which the object is thrown on the basis of a position location model and the captured image.
