To provide a simply structured means capable of allowing an easy and safe up/down climb while suppressing a load applied to a human body at a climb-up/down time.SOLUTION: An inclined cable rope ladder includes rope ladder means and inclination tension means. The rope ladder means includes a pair of elongated members having flexibility and arranged with a predetermined space, and treads installed between the pair of elongated members, and can be vertically installed. The inclination tension means has a supporting member, one end of which is connected to suitable positions on the elongated members, the other end of which is fixed above the one end, and which has flexibility and is provided for each elongated member. The rope ladder means is configured to be able to hold an extended state in a state inclined from the vertical direction by the inclination tension means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
