To provide a smart toilet seat device in which a user can flush water easily and open/close a toilet seat and a toilet cover without handling an apparatus such as a smart phone and a remote controller.SOLUTION: A smart toilet seat device comprises: a body 110 which is provided in a toilet 10 and to which a water tank 115 is attached; a toilet seat 120 which is rotatably connected to an upper part of the body 110; a toilet cover 130 which is rotatably connected to an upper part of the toilet seat 120; a toilet seat opening/closing motor which rotates the toilet seat 120 so that the toilet seat 120 opens/closes with respect to the body 110; a water discharge signal input portion 160 which is provided at one side of the body 110 and receives an input of a water discharge signal into the body 110 from the water tank 115 according to the hand waving action of a user; and a water discharge lever driving portion 140 which is provided in the water tank 115 and which is configured so that water in the water tank 115 is supplied to the body 110 by pushing a water discharge lever when the water discharge signal is applied to the water discharge signal input portion 160.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
