CRUSHED STONE TRANSFER DEVICE
To provide a crushed stone transfer device capable of transferring a predetermined amount of crushed stones over a long distance of a crushed stone charged groove.SOLUTION: A crushed stone transfer device 11 includes a crushed stone mounting base 14 provided on a crawler dump 12 in a tiltable manner, and a conveyor 16 which transfers a crushed stone to crushed stone charging means 15 for charging the crushed stone into a crushed stone charging groove 10. The conveyor becomes a crushed stone transport state in which a base end 16a of the conveyor is arranged below a crushed stone drop port 17, a tip 16b of the conveyor is made to project to the side part, and the crushed stone is transported to the crushed stone charging means, by inserting a first horizontal shaft 24 to a first pipe material 29 and mounting an intermediate part of a conveyor frame 28 on a second horizontal shaft 25; and becomes a storage state by inserting the second horizontal shaft 25 to a second pipe material 30 and mounting a base side of the conveyor frame on a third horizontal shaft 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 砕石投入溝の長い距離にわたって所定量の砕石を移送できる砕石移送装置を提供する。【解決手段】 砕石移送装置11は、クローラダンプ12に傾動可能に設けられた砕石搭載台14と、砕石を砕石投入溝10内に投入する砕石投入手段15に移送するコンベヤ16とを備え、コンベヤは、第1パイプ材29に第1水平軸24を挿通し、第2水平軸25の上にコンベヤフレーム28の中間部を載置することによってコンベヤの基端部16aを砕石落下口17の下方に配置してコンベヤの先端部16bを側方に突出させて砕石投入手段に砕石を移送する砕石搬送状態となり、第2パイプ材30に第2水平軸25を挿通するとともに、第3水平軸26の上にコンベヤフレームの基部側を載置することによって収納状態となる。【選択図】 図1
