WOODEN FLOOR BOARD, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND FLOOR FOR BUILDING
To provide a wooden floor board which is superior in design and capable of effectively restricting torsional deformation, and to provide a manufacturing method of the wooden floor board, and a floor for buildings.SOLUTION: A wooden floor board 1 includes a wooden substrate 2, and a plurality of wooden surface layer boards 3. The wooden substrate 2 has a pair of substrate long sides 21, and a pair of substrate short sides 22. The wooden surface layer board 3 has a pair of surface layer board sides 31 and a pair of surface layer board oblique sides 32, and a fiber direction f3 follows the surface layer board oblique sides 32. The plurality of wooden surface layer boards 3 are arrayed on the wooden substrate 2, such that the pair of surface layer board oblique sides 32 are opposed, and the pair of surface layer board sides 31 are linearly continuous. One of the surface layer board oblique sides 32 of the wooden surface layer boards 3 placed at both ends are arranged along the substrate short sides 22 of the wooden substrate 2. The wooden substrate 2 is constituted by laminating a plywood 23 and a wooden reinforcement board 24 having a fiber direction f24 of a direction different from a fiber direction f23 of a surface layer of the plywood 23. 【課題】効果的に捻じれ変形を抑制することができる、意匠性に優れた、木質床板及びその製造方法ならびに建物用床を提供すること。【解決手段】木質基板2と複数の木質表層板3とを有する木質床板1。木質基板2は、一対の基板長辺21と一対の基板短辺22とを有する。木質表層板3は一対の表層板側辺31と一対の表層板斜辺32とを有し、繊維方向f3が表層板斜辺32に沿っている。複数の木質表層板3は、表層板斜辺32同士が対向すると共に、表層板側辺31同士が直線状につながるように、木質基板2上に配列されている。両端に配された木質表層板3の一方の表層板斜辺32は、木質基板2の基板短辺22に沿って配置されている。木質基板2は、合板23と、合板23の表層の繊維方向f23とは異なる方向の繊維方向f24を有する木質補強板24と、を積層してなる。繊維方向f3は、繊維方向f24とも、繊維方向f23とも異なっている。【選択図】図3
