DEMOLITION METHOD OF CYLINDRICAL TOWER BODY
To provide a demolition method of a cylindrical tower body capable of reducing a workload of operators after dismount and capable of reducing a work period.SOLUTION: A demolition method of a cylindrical tower body comprises: a cutting line installing process of providing a plurality of cutting lines 12, 13, 14 extending linearly in a cylinder axial direction at a wall 11 of a cylindrical body 10 configuring a tower body; and a cutting process of cutting the cutting lines 12, 13, 14 by a fusion cutting machine travelling automatically along the cutting lines 12, 13, 14. Further, the demolition method comprises: a self-supporting cutting line installing process of providing the cutting line 12 on an inner surface 11a of the wall 11 in a state that the tower body is self-supported; and a post-dismounting cutting line installing process of providing the cutting lines 13, 14 on an outer surface 11b of the wall 11 in a state that the cylindrical body 10 is dismounted on the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 下架した後の作業者による作業量が少なく済み、工期が短縮される筒状塔体の解体方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 筒状の塔体を解体する方法であって、塔体を構成する筒状体10の壁11に、筒軸方向に直線状に延びる複数の切断線12,13,14を設ける切断線設置工程と、切断線12,13,14に沿って自動走行する溶断機で切断線12,13,14を切断する切断工程とを備えることを特徴とする。また、切断線設置工程が、塔体が自立している状態で、壁11の内面11aに切断線12を設ける自立時切断線設置工程と、筒状体10を地上に下架した状態で、壁11の外面11bに切断線13,14を設ける下架後切断線設置工程とを有する。【選択図】 図2
