To provide an asphalt mixture agitation device and an asphalt finisher which can suppress a reduction in construction quality due to a material separation and a decrease in temperature of the asphalt mixture.SOLUTION: An asphalt mixture agitation device 80 is a device for agitating an asphalt mixture in a corner part formed by a screed 60 for leveling the asphalt mixture spread on a work surface behind a vehicle body 20 by a spreader 50 of an asphalt finisher 10, and a side plate 63 for damming the asphalt mixture spread along the screed 60, and comprises: a blade rotation shaft 84 located behind the spreader 50 and in front of the screed 60 and extending along an extending direction of the screed 60; and a plurality of blades 85 provided on the blade rotation shaft 84 and which agitate the asphalt mixture in the corner part described above according to the rotation of the blade rotation shaft 84.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
