RIVER FLOODING PREVENTION DEVICE
To provide a river flooding prevention device which can surely control a water level in flooding to be high, to a water level that is safer and lower, and thereby can achieve improvement of safety in concentrated torrential rainfall.SOLUTION: Provided is a river flooding prevention device in which a flow channel having a longitudinal side directed from an upstream side toward a downstream side is formed inside an inner wall of a river bed or a river reservation through which river water flows in flooding, an introduction path having an introduction port opened on the inner wall is provided on an end on the upstream side of the flow channel, and the introduction port is provided with an openable/closable shutter and driving means for driving opening/closing of the shutter. On the upstream side than the introduction port in the inner wall, a control screen that regulates a flow to the introduction port of a flow-down matter in standing and can flow the river water is provided to rise and fall freely in conjunction with the shutter opened when a water level reaches a constant water level or higher in flooding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 高くなるであろう洪水時の水位をより安全な低い水位に確実に制御できるようにすることで集中豪雨時の安全性の向上を図ることができるようにした河川氾濫防止装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 洪水時に河川水が流れる河床あるいは河川敷などの内壁内部に長手を上流側から下流側に向けた流路を形成し、その流路の上流側の端部には、前記内壁に導入口を開けた導入路を備えるとともに、前記導入口には開閉自在なシャッターとこのシャッターを開閉駆動する駆動手段とを備えた河川氾濫防止装置であって、前記内壁における導入口よりも上流側には、起立時に流下物の導入口への流れは規制して河川水の流れは可能とする制御スクリーンが洪水時の一定水位以上に達した際に開くシャッターに連動して起倒自在に設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図3
