SIDE BAND INSTALLATION STRUCTURE FOR IMPROVING VISIBILITY OF GUIDANCE BLOCK FOR VISUALLY IMPAIRED PERSON, AND SIDE BAND INSTALLATION METHOD
To provide a side band for an installation structure, being a dark colored side band having a large luminance ratio with a guidance block, which is installed beside the guidance block to improve the visibility of a laid bright colored guidance block for visually impaired person, in which the side band installation work is easy and the side band surface is not slippery, wear resistance is excellent, and a heat insulation effect is added.SOLUTION: A side band 2 installed next to a guidance block 1 is formed by applying uncured resin mortar to a formation region as the side band and then curing it. The cured resin mortar has a minimum side band thickness T of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. Moreover, the solid side band 2 formed by integrally projecting a plurality of wavy stripe-shaped protrusions 3 on the surface is adhesively fixed to a base surface. The resin mortar contains an acrylic resin, silica sand, and a pigment. The pigment is a heat insulating pigment in which a white pigment of titanium dioxide and a dark colored pigment composed of a compound oxide of iron and chromium are mixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 敷設された明るい色の視覚障害者誘導用ブロックの視認性を向上させるために該誘導用ブロックの横に設置する該誘導用ブロックとの輝度比が大きい暗い色の側帯部であり、この側帯部の設置作業が容易で、この側帯部の表面が滑りにくく、かつ耐摩耗性に優れ、しかも遮熱効果を付加した設置構造の側帯部を提供する。【解決手段】 誘導用ブロック1の横に設置する側帯部2は、未硬化の樹脂モルタルを側帯部としての形成領域に塗布し、硬化させ、硬化した樹脂モルタルで最低側帯部厚Tが0.5mm〜1.5mmの厚さで、しかも表面に複数の波状の筋状突起3が一体的に突出されて成る固形状の側帯部2を下地面に接着固定してなる構造である。前記樹脂モルタルは、アクリル樹脂と、硅砂と、顔料を含み、この顔料が二酸化チタンの白色顔料と、鉄、クロムの複合酸化物からなる暗色系の着色顔料を配合した遮熱性顔料である。【選択図】 図3
