PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for guiding a visually impaired person, which enables both the visually impaired person and a wheelchair user to safely and smoothly pass even when a plurality of projections are provided.SOLUTION: A dotted block 1 has a plurality of dotted projections. When a load equal to or heavier than a predetermined load acts on the elastic body, the projection body is sunk in. In this case, each of the projections can be formed of a pair of combinations of the projection body and the elastic body.
