To enable the re-roofing of a roof from a thin material to a thick material mainly without exceeding the restriction of the oblique line of a building.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to verge cover 12A, comprising, at least, an upper surface cover part 31 for covering the upper surface of a backing sash bar 17 provided along the edge part of a roof surface member 13 constituting the roof 3 serving as a verge 11; and an outer cover part 32 for covering an outer side part of a backing sash bar 17; and a roofing material upper cover 33A for covering a part of the roofing material 14 installed on the upper part of the roof surface member 13 close to the backing sash bar 17 from above. An upper projecting part 43 having a height to be accommodated in the restriction of the oblique line 42 is provided on the inside part of the upper surface of the backing sash bar 17. The upper surface cover part 31 has a stepped shape part 44 covering the upper projecting part 43. The roofing material upper cover 33A is provided at a position higher than a stepped lower surface 46 of the stepped shape part 44 and lower than a stepped upper surface 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】主に、建物の制限斜線を越えることなく薄物材から厚物材への屋根の葺き直しなどができるようにする。【解決手段】少なくとも、屋根3を構成する屋根面材13のケラバ11となる縁部に沿って設けられた下地桟部材17の上面を覆う上面カバー部31と、下地桟部材17の外側部を覆う外側カバー部32と、屋根面材13の上部に設置された屋根葺材14における下地桟部材17に近接する部分を上から覆う屋根葺材上部カバー33Aとを有するケラバカバー12Aに関する。下地桟部材17の上面の内側部分に制限斜線42内に収まる高さの上方突出部43を設けるようにする。上面カバー部31は、上方突出部43を覆う段差形状部44を有するものにする。屋根葺材上部カバー33Aは、段差形状部44の段下面46より高く、段上面47より低い位置に設けるようにする。【選択図】図4
