To provide an operation lever control device that can improve workability.SOLUTION: The operation lever control device includes: a vibration detector 2 that detects vibration of a cab in which an operator who operates a work machine sits; a reaction force applying device 3 that applies reaction force against the operating direction of an operation lever 41 to the operation lever 41 that the operator uses when operating the work machine, and a controller 4 that specifies the reaction force that the reaction force applying device 3 applies. When the vibration detected by the vibration detector 2 is larger than a predetermined value, the controller 4 makes the reaction force that the reaction force applying device 3 applies larger compared to that applied when vibration detected by the vibration detector 2 is equal to or less than the predetermined value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
