CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT UTILIZATION STATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND MANAGEMENT METHOD
To analyze an operation cycle on the basis of a utilization time of construction equipment and extracts a work to be a bottleneck or forecasts a future construction progress from the obtained operation cycle.SOLUTION: A construction equipment operation state management system 1 has a construction equipment terminal attached to construction equipment and acquiring an equipment signal containing a parameter or a setting value at a utilization time of the construction equipment to output, communication means (network 5) for transmitting the equipment signal to a management server, and a management server storing and analyzing the received equipment signal to output to a user terminal. The management server has: a construction equipment information management unit analyzing soundness of the construction equipment on the basis of the received equipment signal; a maintenance information provision unit that accumulates a utilization time and a burden for each construction equipment and transmits maintenance timing to the user terminal on the basis of the accumulated result; and an operation cycle analyzing unit that intensively displays a utilization time for each construction equipment, analyzes the operation cycle, then performs at least one of extraction of a work to be a bottleneck or future forecasting of the construction progress.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建設機械の稼働時刻に基づき施工サイクルを分析し、得られた施工サイクルからボトルネックとなる作業の抽出又は今後の工事進行予測を行う。【解決手段】建設機械稼動状況管理システム1は、建設機械に取り付けて建設機械の稼働時のパラメータ又は設定値を含む機械信号を取得して出力する建設機械端末と、機械信号を管理サーバに送信する通信手段(ネットワーク5)と、受信した機械信号を保存、分析してユーザ端末に出力する管理サーバと、を有する。管理サーバは、受信した機械信号に基づき、建設機械の健全性を分析する建設機械情報管理部と、建設機械毎の稼働時間、負荷を累積し、累積した結果に基づきメンテナンスタイミングをユーザ端末に送信するメンテナンス情報提供部と、各建設機械の稼働時刻を集約表示して、施工サイクルを分析し、ボトルネックとなる作業の抽出又は今後の工事進行予測の少なくともいずれか一方を実施する。【選択図】図1
