To improve mounting workability and to miniaturize a vibration control damper.SOLUTION: A panel damper 10 provided between a first mounting part 131 of a first beam 113 and a second mounting part 132 of a second beam 114 comprises: a damper body 11 which is disposed between the first mounting part 131 and the second mounting part 132 and forms a plate shape along a Z direction which is the juxtaposing direction of the first beam 113 and the second beam 114; a first connecting member 12 for connecting the first mounting part 131 and one end part of the damper body 11; and a second connecting member 13 connecting the second mounting part 132 and the other end part of the damper body 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
