To provide a vibration control damper which is easily mounted and can be installed between structural members at a construction site.SOLUTION: A vibration control damper 1 includes: a first damper member 10A having first substrates 11A, first columns 12A, first swollen head parts 13A and first elastic members 14A; a second damper member 10B having a second substrate 11B, second columns 12B, second swollen heat parts 13B and second elastic members; and a lock member 15. The first swollen head part 13A is fit between the plurality of second columns 12B having a tension spring while bending the second columns 12B, the first swollen head part 13A and the second swollen head part 13B are engaged with each other, the first swollen head part 13A is brought into contact with the second elastic member 14B, and the second swollen head part 13B is brought into contact with the first elastic member 14A. The lock member 15 locks the first swollen head part 13A and the second swollen head part 13B in an engagement state, and accordingly the first swollen head part 13A and the plurality of swollen head parts 13B are surrounded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
