To provide a door device and a ventilation/lighting door, capable of performing ventilation and suppressing solar radiation.SOLUTION: A door device 1 includes a master door 2, a slave door 10 positioned adjacent to the master door, and a ventilation/lighting door 3 positioned so as to overlap with the slave door 10 when viewed from the front. The ventilation/lighting door 3 has a door body 31, and a first sliding screen 4 and a second sliding screen 5 capable of closing a through-hole 30 formed in a part of the door body 31 when viewed from the front. The first sliding screen 4 and the second sliding screen 5 are slidable with respect to the door body 31 from a state in which at least one of them closes the through-hole 30 so as to expose the through-hole 30 and overlap the other when viewed from the front. The first sliding screen 4 and the second sliding screen 5 have polarizing films 44, 54, respectively, having different polarization directions, and an overlapping portion between the polarizing films 44, 54 has a light shielding property when viewed from the front.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
