The present invention relates to a building door for easily implementing ventilation and lighting according to the location of the building or the surrounding environment. The building door includes: a door formed therein with an installation space and formed with an installation hole and a through-hole communicating with the installation space; a bearing fixed to face the inside of the installation hole in the longitudinal direction to be adjacent to both opened ends of the installation hole, and provided therein with a clutch for preventing reverse rotation; a rotary body including a body rotatably installed inside the installation space, a plurality of fixing bars protruding along an outer edge portion of the body, and an opaque window, a transparent window, a perforated window, and a ventilation window, which are provided at ends of the fixing bars and selectively exposed to the through-hole according to the rotation of the body; a motor for rotating the body; a control unit for applying power to the motor and controlling the rotational force; a temperature sensor installed on one side of the door to detect the temperature of the place installed with the door and transmit a temperature value to the control unit; a dust sensor installed on one side of the door to detect air pollution at the place installed with the door and transmit a contamination value to the control unit; and a plurality of lamps turned on according to a signal of the control unit.

본 발명은 건축물에 설치하여 퉁풍 및 채광을 설치된 위치나 주위 환경에 따라 용이하게 이룰 수 있는 통풍과 채광이 용이한 건축물용 도어에 관한 것으로서, 그 특징적인 구성은, 내측으로 설치공간이 형성되고, 상기 설치공간과 연통되는 설치공 및 투시공이 형성된 도어; 상기 설치공의 개방된 양단부와 인접하도록 설치공의 길이 방향 내측에 마주보게 고정 설치되며, 내측에는 역회전을 방지하는 클러치가가 구비된 베어링; 상기 베어링의 내측 중심부에 체결되는 결합돌기가 양 측부에 구비되어 상기 설치공간의 내측에 회전되게 설치되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 외측 테두리 부위를 따라 간격을 이루게 돌출 구비되는 복수개의 고정바와, 상기 고정바의 단부에 각각 설치되어 상기 몸체의 회전에 따라 상기 투시공으로 선택적인 노출을 이루는 불투명창, 투명창, 타공창, 통풍창을 갖는 회전체; 상기 몸체와 밸트를 통하여 연결되게 상기 도어의 하단에 설치되며, 회전력을 통하여 상기 몸체를 회전시키는 모터; 상기 모터와 전기적으로 연결되어 모터로 전원을 인가하고, 회전력을 제어하는 제어부; 상기 도어의 일면에 설치되며, 상기 제어부와 전기적으로 연결되어 도어가 설치된 장소의 온도를 감지하고, 감지되어 생성된 온도값을 상기 제어부로 전달하는 온도감지센서; 상기 도어의 일면에 설치되며, 상기 제어부와 전기적으로 연결되어 도어가 설치된 장소의 공기오염을 감지하고, 감지되어 생성된 오염값을 상기 제어부로 전달하는 먼지감지센서; 및 상기 도어의 일면에 복수개 설치되며, 상기 제어부와 전기적으로 연결되어 제어부의 신호에 따라 점등되는 복수개의 램프를 포함하고, 상기 제어부는 상기 모터로 선택적인 전원을 인가하는 전원스위치와, 상기 온도감지센서를 통하여 전달되는 온도값 또는 상기 먼지감지센서를 통하여 전달되는 오염값에 따라 상기 모터를 시계 방향으로 45°,90°,135°중 선택된 어느 하나의 각도를 이루도록 회전시키는 회전제어모듈과, 상기 회전제어모듈을 통하여 회전이 이루어진 모터를 설정된 시간에 따라 135°,90°,45°중 선택된 어느 하나의 각도를 이루도록 회전시키는 위치제어모듈을 포함하며, 상기 회전제어모듈과, 위치제어모듈은 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 회전제어모듈의 작동에 따라 상기 모터가 시계 방향으로 45° 회전을 이룰 시, 상기 위치제어모듈의 설정된 시간에 따라 상기 모터가 135°의 회전을 이루도록 제어되고, 상기 회전제어모듈의 작동에 따라 상기 모터가 시계 방향으로 90° 회전을 이룰 시, 상기 위치제어모듈의 설정된 시간에 따라 상기 모터가 90°의 회전을 이루도록 제어되며, 상기 회전제어모듈의 작동에 따라 상기 모터가 시계 방향으로 135° 회전을 이룰 시, 상기 위치제어모듈의 설정된 시간에 따라 상기 모터가 45°의 회전을 이루도록 제어되게 구성된다.
