To provide a trailer house which can travel and move on a land by being towed by a traction vehicle, efficiently performing marine transportation or the like by removing a tire and a connection member, if necessary, and having good usability.SOLUTION: A trailer house 10 capable of being towed and moved by a traction vehicle comprises: a container-type house body 12 having a living space; a traveling tire 14 attached to the lower side of the house body 12; and a connection member 16 attached to a front end side in a travel direction of the house body 12, and connected to a traction part of the traction vehicle. A base frame 18 is integrally fixed to the lower face side of the house body 12. The trailer house has tire attaching/detaching means 20 for detachably attaching the tire 14 to the base frame 18 of the house body 12, and connection member attaching/detaching means 22 for detachably attaching the connection member 16 to the base frame 18 of the house body 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】牽引車両に牽引させて陸上を走行移動できるとともに、必要に応じてタイヤ、連結部材を取り外して海上輸送等も効率良く行えるうえ、使い勝手が良いトレーラーハウスを提供する。【解決手段】牽引車両によって牽引移動可能なトレーラーハウスであり、居住空間を有するコンテナ型のハウス本体１２と、ハウス本体１２の下方側に取付けられる走行用のタイヤ１４と、ハウス本体１２の走行方向の前端側に取付けられ、牽引車両の牽引部に連結するための連結部材１６と、を備え、ハウス本体１２の下面側には、一体的にベースフレーム１８が固定され、タイヤ１４をハウス本体１２のベースフレーム１８に対して着脱可能に取り付けるタイヤ着脱手段２０と、連結部材１６をハウス本体１２のベースフレーム１８に対して着脱可能に取り付ける連結部材着脱手段２２と、を有するトレーラーハウス１０から構成される。【選択図】図１
