[Problem] To provide a trailer house the roof of which can be effectively used as a rooftop deck, which trailer house has improved habitability, and which trailer house can satisfy a user's taste to a high level. [Solution] This trailer house is provided with: a dwelling structure provided with a wall body and a roof body positioned on the wall body and fixed to the wall body; and a support structure provided with wheels and a frame body integrated with the dwelling structure. The trailer house is towed to a destination by an automobile, and fixed at the destination to be used, and is characterized in that the roof body is provided with: a planar rooftop deck utilized part; a surrounding part that is positioned outward the peripheral edge of the rooftop deck utilized part; and an entrance for entering or exiting the rooftop deck utilized part from/to the inside of the dwelling structure.
[Problème] L'invention a pour objet de réaliser une maison-remorque dont le toit peut être utilisé efficacement comme une terrasse de toit, ladite maison-remorque présentant une habitabilité améliorée, et ladite maison-remorque pouvant satisfaire le goût d'un utilisateur à un degré élevé. [Solution] La présente maison-remorque comporte: une structure d'habitation munie d'un corps de murs et d'un corps de toit positionné sur le corps de murs et fixé au corps de murs; et une structure porteuse munie de roues et d'un corps de châssis, intégrée avec la structure d'habitation. La maison-remorque est tractée jusqu'à une destination par une automobile, et fixée à la destination pour être utilisée, et est caractérisée en ce que le corps de toit comporte: une partie plane utilisée comme terrasse de toit; une partie environnante qui est positionnée en dehors du bord périphérique de la partie utilisée comme terrasse de toit; et une entrée servant à entrer dans ou à quitter la partie utilisée comme terrasse de toit depuis/vers l'intérieur de la structure d'habitation.
【課題】 屋根を屋上として有効活用することができ、居住性が向上されている他、使用者の趣向性を高いレベルで満足することができるトレーラーハウスを提供すること。 【解決手段】壁体と該壁体上に位置して該壁体に固定された屋根体とを備えた居住用構造体、及び上記居住用構造体と一体化される枠体と車輪とを備えた支持構造体を具備し、自動車により目的地へ牽引され、目的地において定置されて使用されるトレーラーハウスにおいて、上記屋根体は、平面状の屋上利用部と、該屋上利用部の周縁外方に位置する周囲部と、上記居住用構造体内部から該屋上利用部へと出入りするための出入り部とを具備することを特徴とするトレーラーハウス。
