PIPE INTEGRATED TYPE SPIRAL PILE, PRODUCTION METHOD OF PIPE INTEGRATED TYPE SPIRAL PILE AND STRUCTURE
To provide a pipe integrated type spiral pile which can be easily screwed in a ground surface by only rotating the pile by a hand without using power of a vibration drill or the like, and which can be produced extremely inexpensively by only using an extremely inexpensive spiral pile and a pipe, the spiral pile and the pipe being available in the market.SOLUTION: A pipe integrated type spiral pile comprises: a steel spiral pile 10 formed of a spiral part 11, a straight line part 12 and a hook part 13; and a steel pipe 20 which is fixed to the hook part 13 of the spiral pile 10 in a coaxial state to the spiral pile 10 and whose outer diameter is smaller than that of the spiral pile 10. The hook part 13 of the spiral pile 10 is made to pass through a pair of notches 21, 22 which are provided on one of opposite side positions respectively related to a center axis of the pipe 20 on a side surface of one end part of the pipe 20, and a boundary part of the pipe 20 and the hook part 13 is welded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】振動ドリルなどの動力を用いることなく、手で回すだけで少ない労力で簡単に地面にねじ込むことができ、しかも市販の極めて安価なラセン杭およびパイプを用いるだけで極めて安価に構成することができるパイプ一体型ラセン杭を提供する。【解決手段】パイプ一体型ラセン杭は、ラセン部11、直線部12およびフック部13からなる鋼製のラセン杭10と、ラセン杭10のフック部13にラセン杭10と同軸に固定された、外径がラセン杭10の外径より小さい鋼製のパイプ20とを有する。ラセン杭10のフック部13を、パイプ20の一端部の側面の、パイプ20の中心軸に関して互いに反対側の位置に設けられた一対の切欠き21、22に通し、パイプ20とフック部13との境界部を溶接する。【選択図】図1
