To provide a method that makes clear finish in the boundary between a joint part and a pattern part, and is capable of forming a joint pattern superior in a beautiful appearance property.SOLUTION: A method for forming a pattern surface having a joint pattern, includes: (1) a first step of forming an undercoat layer b by coating an undercoat material to a base material (a); (2) a second step of sticking a mold material c where a joint pattern is punched on the surface of the undercoat layer b; (3) a third step of forming a finishing material layer e by coating a finishing material to the surface obtained in the second step; and (4) a fourth step of removing the mold material c while pressing a mold material removal aid. In the method for forming the pattern surface having the joint pattern, the mold material removal aid has a body part and a handle part, the body part has a pressing part, and the pressing part is arranged of a pressing plate so as to conform in the contour of a punching part of the mold material c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】目地部と模様部との境界がすっきりとした仕上りとなり、美観性に優れた目地模様が形成できる方法の提供。【解決手段】（１）基材ａに対し、下塗材を塗装して下塗材層ｂを形成する第１工程、（２）目地模様が打ち抜きされた型材ｃを、下塗材層ｂの表面に貼着する第２工程、（３）第２工程で得られた面に対し、仕上げ材を塗装して仕上げ材層ｅを形成する第３工程、（４）型材除去補助具を押し当てながら型材ｃを除去する第４工程、を行うものであり、型材除去補助具が、本体部と取手部を有し、本体部は、押さえ部を有し、押さえ部は、型材ｃの打ち抜き部の輪郭に沿うように押さえ板が配置されたものである目地模様を有する模様面の形成方法。【選択図】図１
