PATTERN SURFACE FORMING METHOD
To provide a pattern surface forming method capable of forming a flow pattern excellent in appearance with relatively simple work.SOLUTION: A pattern surface forming method is characterized by including: a step of forming, on base material, a painted surface having a region (P) in which distribution of a colored particle is dense when topcoat material containing colored particles containing a liquid colored paint is applied or after the topcoat material is applied, and a region (Q) in which distribution of the colored particle is rough; a step of pressing and extending the colored particles before the painted surface is dried; and a step of drying the painted surface. As a method of partially removing or moving the colored particles, a method of removing or moving the colored particles by using an adjusting device 1 is exemplified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】比較的簡単な作業で、美観性に優れた流れ状模様を形成できる模様面の形成方法を提供する。【解決手段】基材の上に、液状着色塗料が内包された着色粒子を含む上塗材を塗付した時、ないし塗付した後に、該着色粒子の分布が密である領域（Ｐ）と、該着色粒子の分布が疎である領域（Ｑ）とを有する塗面を形成する工程、次いで該塗面の乾燥前に、該着色粒子を押圧しつつ引き伸ばす工程、さらに塗面を乾燥させる工程、を有することを特徴とする。該着色粒子を部分的に除去または移動する方法としては、調整具１を用いて除去または移動する方法等が挙げられる。【選択図】図１
