DISPERSION OF CELLULOSE NANOFIBER INTO CEMENT COMPOSITION
To disperse a cellulose nanofiber (CNF) into a cement composition well.SOLUTION: When an additive and a cellulose nanofiber (CNF) are dispersed into a cement composition, the additive is made into fine particles of an inorganic material, thereby being one or more types of fine particles. The additive and the CNF are bonded to each other to produce fine particles of a composite material. The fine particles of the composite material are added to the cement composition. The composite material-containing cement composition is kneaded to be mixed, thereby dispersing the fine particles of the CNF-bonded inorganic material into the cement composition. Alternatively when the fine particles of the composite material are produced, the fine particles of the inorganic material of the additive, the CNF and water are mixed to prepare a mixed solution in which the fine particles of the inorganic material and the CNF are suspended in the water. The mixed solution is atomized to remove a water content, thereby obtaining fine particles of the composite material in which the inorganic material and the CNF are bonded to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】 セメント組成物にセルロースナノファイバー(CNF)を良好に分散させる。【解決手段】 セメント組成物に混和材とセルロースナノファイバー(CNF)を分散させるに当たり、混和材は、無機材料の粉体にし、一種類又は複数種類の粉体にする。この混和材とCNFを付着して複合材の粉体を作製する。複合材の粉体はセメント組成物に加える。複合材入りセメント組成物は練り混ぜ、セメント組成物にCNF付き無機材料の粉体を分散させる。また、複合材の粉体を作製するに当たり、混和材の無機材料の粉体とCNF及び水を混ぜて、無機材料の粉体とCNFが水に懸濁した混合液を調合する。混合液は、微粒化して水分を除去し、無機材料とCNFが付着した複合材の粉体にする。【選択図】 なし
