To provide a cleaning method of a drain pipe allowing easy cleaning of the inside of the drain pipe.SOLUTION: A cleaning method of the inside of a siphon drain pipe 44 includes: a first step of attaching a guide member 92 constituted by including a cylindrical base part 92A supported by the siphon drain pipe 44 and covering the periphery of a cleaning port 68 formed to the siphon drain pipe 44, and a guide part 92B integrally provided at one end side in the axial direction of the base part 92A and guiding a hose 96 having a cleaning nozzle 94 inserted into the cleaning port 68 in the direction tilted in the predetermined direction in relation to the axial direction of the base part 92A; and a second step of inserting the cleaning nozzle 94 into the siphon drain pipe 44 from the cleaning port 68 through the inside of the guide member 92.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
