METHOD OF JOINING PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBERS
To realize a method of joining precast concrete members, which can more preferably join the precast concrete members to a structure.SOLUTION: After inserting a first reinforcing bar 11 and a second reinforcing bar 12 of a structure 10 into through holes 21 and 22 of a steel plate 23 of a precast concrete member 20, a nut member 30 screwed to the first reinforcing bar 11 and the second reinforcing bar 12 is tightened until it comes into contact with the steel plate 23. Next, by tightening the nut member 30 on the first reinforcing bar 11 side fixed to the steel plate 23 in a side-by-side arrangement with a protrusion 25 on one end side of the precast concrete member 20, the protrusion 25 is pressed against the side surface of the structure 10. Further, through the procedure of adjusting the tightening amount of the nut member 30 on the second reinforcing bar 12 side fixed to the steel plate 23 at a position higher than the protrusion 25, and adjusting the height of the other end side of the precast concrete member 20, the precast concrete member 20 is joined to the structure 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より好適にプレキャストコンクリート部材を構造物に接合することができるプレキャストコンクリート部材の接合方法を実現する。【解決手段】構造物10の第1の鉄筋11と第2の鉄筋12をプレキャストコンクリート部材20の鋼板23の貫通孔21,22に挿し入れた後、第1の鉄筋11と第2の鉄筋12に螺着したナット部材30を鋼板23に当接するまで締め付ける。次に、プレキャストコンクリート部材20の一端側の突起部25と横並びの配置で鋼板23に固定されている第1の鉄筋11側のナット部材30を締め付けることによって、突起部25を構造物10の側面に押し付ける。更に、突起部25よりも高い配置で鋼板23に固定されている第2の鉄筋12側のナット部材30の締め付け量を調整して、プレキャストコンクリート部材20の他端側の高さを調整する手順を経て、プレキャストコンクリート部材20を構造物10に接合する。【選択図】図1
