FLOOR SLAB CUTTER
To provide a floor slab cutter using a wire saw arranged in a direction along a joint boundary face between a bridge girder and a concrete slab, which is capable of cutting the bridge girder and the concrete slab in the horizontal direction while allowing passage of vehicles during daytime to reduce the work period.SOLUTION: A floor slab cutter includes: a wire saw 23 that extends in the direction along the joint boundary surface between a bridge girder 2 and a concrete slab 3 laid on bridge girder 2 and constituting the road surface of a bridge 1; and multiple pulleys 83- 90 for guiding and driving the wire saw 23 in the direction along the joint boundary surface. The entire wire saw cutting device 81 including the multiple pulleys 83-90 together with the wire saw 23 is arranged below the concrete slab 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 22
【課題】橋桁とコンクリート床版の接合境界面に沿う方向に配置されたワイヤーソーを用いた床版切断装置において、昼間、道路規制をすることなく、車両を通行させた状態で、橋桁とコンクリート床版の水平方向切断を可能とし、工期短縮を図る。【解決手段】橋桁2上に敷設されて橋梁1の路面を構成するコンクリート床版3と橋桁2との接合境界面に沿う方向に配置されたワイヤーソー23と、そのワイヤーソー23を前記接合境界面に沿う方向に案内するとともに走行駆動させるための複数のプーリ83〜90と、を備えた床版切断装置であって、ワイヤーソー23とともに複数のプーリ83〜90を含むワイヤーソー切断装置81全体を、コンクリート床版3の下方に配置した。【選択図】図22
