FLOOR SLAB CUTTER
To provide a floor slab cutter using a wire saw which extends continuously in a direction along a joint boundary surface between a bridge girder and a concrete slab and in width and thickness directions of the concrete slab, and which is capable of prohibiting a cutting operation in the direction along the joint interface between the bridge girder and the concrete slab if necessary.SOLUTION: A floor slab cutter 20 includes: a wire saw 23 that extends continuously in the direction along a joint boundary surface and in the width and thickness directions of a concrete slab 3; and multiple pulleys for guiding and driving the wire saw 23 in a traveling direction along its extension route. The floor slab cutter also includes: upper wire saw cutting devices 21, 22 located above a bridge girder 2; and lower wire saw cutting device 81, 91 located below the concrete slab 3, in which the wire saw 23 extends between the upper wire saw cutting devices 21, 22 and the lower wire saw cutting devices 81, 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21
【課題】橋桁とコンクリート床版の接合境界面に沿う方向とコンクリート床版の幅方向及び厚み方向に連続して延設されるワイヤーソーを用いた床版切断装置において、必要に応じて、橋桁とコンクリート床版の接合境界面に沿う方向の切断動作を禁止することを可能とする。【解決手段】接合境界面に沿う方向とコンクリート床版3の幅方向及び厚み方向に連続して延設されるワイヤーソー23と、そのワイヤーソー23をその延設経路に沿った走行方向に案内するとともに走行駆動させるための複数のプーリと、を備えた床版切断装置20は、橋桁2の上方に配置された上側ワイヤーソー切断装置21,22と、コンクリート床版3の下方に配置された下側ワイヤーソー切断装置81,91と、からなり、ワイヤーソー23は、上側ワイヤーソー切断装置21,22と下側ワイヤーソー切断装置81,91とに亘って延設されている。【選択図】図21
