To provide a sound absorbing structure installed on an outdoor concrete ceiling, capable of reducing noise, reducing weight, and improving fire resistance and weather resistance.SOLUTION: A sound-absorbing structure 1 to which the present invention is applied is a sound-absorbing structure installed on an outdoor concrete ceiling, and includes a resin housing 2 having a mesh portion 24 formed in a mesh shape, a flame-retardant resin layer 3 housed in the housing 2, and a nonwoven fabric layer 4 housed in the housing 2. The nonwoven fabric layer 4 has water repellency and is arranged between the mesh portion 24 and the flame-retardant resin layer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
