MOLDING CEMENT COMPOSITION
To provide a molding cement composition capable of: causing a composition for producing a molded product formed by mixing the molding cement composition with water to have appropriate flowability right after its preparation and to maintain the flowability for a long period of time; and obtaining the molded product that is excellent in dimensional stability as well as is not collapsed in shape even if the composition for producing the molded product is laminated, because the shape of the composition for producing the molded product is not collapsed right after molding and the composition therefor is excellent in fast-setting properties when the molding is performed using a nozzle or the like in an additional production technique.SOLUTION: A molding cement composition comprises cement, calcium aluminates, anhydrous gypsum, urea, and a setting retarder, wherein based on 100 pts.mass of the cement: a mass of the calcium aluminates is 50-80 pts.mass; a mass of the anhydrous gypsum is 7-28 pts.mass; a mass of the urea is 5-23 pts.mass; and a mass of the setting retarder is 0.1-5 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】造形用セメント組成物と水を混合してなる造形物製造用組成物を、調製直後に適度の流動性を有し、かつ、該流動性を長時間維持しうるものにすることができ、付加製造技術においてノズル等を用いて造形を行う際に、造形物製造用組成物の造形直後の形状が崩れることがなく、かつ、造形物製造用組成物が速硬性に優れることから、造形物製造用組成物を積層しても、造形物の形状が崩れず、更には、寸法安定性に優れた造形物を得ることができる造形用セメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】セメント、カルシウムアルミネート類、無水石膏、尿素、及び凝結遅延剤を含む造形用セメント組成物であって、上記セメント１００質量部に対して、上記カルシウムアルミネート類の量が５０〜８０質量部であり、上記無水石膏の量が７〜２８質量部であり、上記尿素の量が５〜２３質量部であり、上記凝結遅延剤の量が０．１〜５質量部である造形用セメント組成物。【選択図】なし
