CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR MOLDING
To provide a cement composition for molding which is a composition for molding manufacture obtained through mixing of a cement composition for molding and water, and which has adequate flowability immediately after preparation, can maintain flowability for a long period of time, prevents collapse of a shape of the composition for molding manufacture immediately after molding, is excellent in quick curability of the composition for molding manufacture, and accordingly can obtain a molding which prevents collapse of a shape of a molding when the composition for molding manufacture is laminated and is excellent in dimension stability.SOLUTION: A cement composition for molding contains Portland cement, an ultrarapid hardening cement, urea and a setting retarder. A ratio of the ultrarapid hardening cement in 100 mass% of the total of the Portland cement and the ultrarapid cement is 25-75 mass%. An amount of the urea is 2.5-23 pts.mass, and an amount of the setting retarder is 0.1-5 pts.mass, with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of the Portland cement and the ultrarapid hardening cement.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】造形用セメント組成物と水を混合してなる造形物製造用組成物を、調製直後に適度の流動性を有し、かつ、該流動性を長時間維持しうるものにすることができ、造形物製造用組成物の造形直後の形状が崩れることがなく、かつ、造形物製造用組成物が速硬性に優れることから、造形物製造用組成物を積層しても、造形物の形状が崩れず、寸法安定性に優れた造形物を得ることができる造形用セメント組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポルトランドセメント、超速硬セメント、尿素、及び凝結遅延剤を含む造形用セメント組成物であって、ポルトランドセメントと超速硬セメントの合計100質量%中の超速硬セメントの割合が25〜75質量%であり、ポルトランドセメントと超速硬セメントの合計100質量部に対して、尿素の量が2.5〜23質量部であり、凝結遅延剤の量が0.1〜5質量部である造形用セメント組成物。【選択図】なし
