To provide a heat insulation structure of a building which can improve heat insulation performance while suppressing degradation in earthquake proof performance.SOLUTION: A heat insulation structure of a building includes a frame body which is formed with an opening and includes an inner surface specifying the opening, a heat insulation material provided in the opening, and an interposition part interposed between the inner surface and the heat insulation material. In the heat insulation structure of the building, the heat insulation material is bonded to a part of the inner surface, the interposition part is provided in the residual part in the inner surface, and the heat insulation material is not bonded to the interposition part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
