CONCRETE FILLING METHOD IN CFT COLUMN
To provide a technique capable of improving workability for filling concrete in a CFT column having a branch structure.SOLUTION: A concrete filling method in branch column sections where a CFT column is branched into a plurality of branches from a joint part between the CFT column and a beam to a lower direction comprises: an insertion step of inserting a concrete filling pipe into a concrete press-in cavity through a filling pipe insertion hole after the concrete press-in cavity is installed below a lower diaphragm of the joint part between the CFT column and the beam and at a place between the branch column sections in such a way as to be communicatively connected through the filling pipe insertion hole opened in the lower diaphragm as well as to be communicatively connected through a side surface press-in hole opened on each of steel pipes forming each of the branch column sections; and a press-in step of simultaneously press-filling concrete pumped into the concrete press-in cavity to each of the branch column sections from the side surface press-in hole after pumping concrete into the concrete press-in cavity from a tip end part of the concrete filling pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】分岐構造を有するCFT柱にコンクリートを充填する際の施工性を向上できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】CFT柱がCFT柱・梁接合部から下方に向けて複数に分岐する分岐柱部へのコンクリートの充填工法であって、CFT柱・梁接合部の下ダイアフラムの下方且つ各分岐柱部同士の間の位置に、下ダイアフラムに開口する充填管挿入孔を通じてCFT柱・梁接合部に連通すると共に各分岐柱部を形成する鋼管に開口する側面圧入孔を通じて各分岐柱部に連通するコンクリート圧入室を設けておき、コンクリート充填管を充填管挿入孔を通じてコンクリート圧入室内に挿入する挿入工程と、コンクリート充填管の先端部からコンクリート圧入室内にコンクリートを圧送し、コンクリート圧入室内に圧送されたコンクリートを側面圧入孔から各分岐柱部内へと同時に圧入する圧入工程を有する。【選択図】図11
