To provide a concrete filling method and a column which can reduce construction cost.SOLUTION: A concrete filling method fills inside a steel pipe 10 constituting a column 2 of a building 1 with concrete 20, wherein the steel pipe 10 is filled with the concrete 20 so that a plurality of concrete layers (concrete 21 for high floors, concrete 22 for intermediate floors, and concrete 23 for low floors) where parts on a lower layer side has strength higher than that of parts on an upper layer side are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
