STEEL BEAM REINFORCING METAL FITTING
To provide a steel beam reinforcing metal fitting capable of easily obtaining an appropriate welding strength when welding and fixing the steel beam reinforcing metal fitting to a steel beam, improving the efficiency of welding work, and reducing the work cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a steel beam reinforcing metal fitting 14 fixed to the peripheral portion of a through hole 6b penetrating a web portion 6a of a steel beam 6 in the thickness direction to reinforce the steel beam 6, comprising an insertion portion 14a in which a piping hole 15 for passing piping etc. is formed inside the center, and a flange portion 14b extending radially from the outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 14a toward the outside in the radial direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the piping hole 15. The outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 14a is formed so that an outer diameter thereof is smaller than the diameter of the through hole 6b, and the flange portion 14b is formed so that an outer diameter thereof is larger than the diameter of the through hole 6b. A mark portion 14c, which serves as a mark when fixed to the peripheral portion of the through hole 6b, is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion portion 14a along the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】鉄骨梁補強金具を鉄骨梁に溶接して固定する際に適切な溶接強度を容易に得ることができ、溶接作業の効率を向上させ、作業コストを低減することができる鉄骨梁補強金具を提供する。【解決手段】鉄骨梁6のウェブ部6aを厚さ方向に貫通する貫通孔6bの周部に固定されて、鉄骨梁6を補強する鉄骨梁補強金具14であって、中心内側に配管等を通すための配管孔15が形成された挿入部14aと、挿入部14aの外周面から、配管孔15の軸線方向に対して直角な半径方向の外側に向けて放射状に伸びるようなフランジ部14bを備え、挿入部14aの外周面は、その外径が貫通孔6bの径より小さくなるように形成されると共に、フランジ部14bは、その外径が貫通孔6bの径より大きくなるように形成され、挿入部14aの外周面には、外周面の円周方向に沿って、貫通孔6bの周部に固定される際に目印となる目印部14cが形成された。【選択図】図2
