BEAM REINFORCING METAL FITTING AND BEAM REINFORCING STRUCTURE
To provide a beam reinforcing metal fitting and a beam reinforcing structure having good workability when inserting into a through hole of a beam.SOLUTION: A beam reinforcing metal fitting 1 is a member for reinforcing a beam 11 having a through-hole 17 formed in a web 15, and comprises an insertion part 3, a flange part 5 provided at the end of an insertion part 3 and having an outer diameter larger than that of the insertion part 3, and the like. A thickness reducing part 7 is formed on the outer edge part of the flange part 5, and the outer diameter B of the tip of the flange part 5 is made smaller than the diameter A of the base part of the flange part 5. In a beam reinforcing structure 10, the insertion part 3 of a beam reinforcing metal fitting 1 is inserted into the through-hole 17 formed in the web 15 from one side of the beam 11, and the flange part 5 is welded to the beam 11 without projecting the insertion part 3 to the other side of the beam 11. A base part C of the thickness reducing part 7 functions as a welding range setting part indicating a welding margin between the beam 11 and the flange part 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
