To provide a wall reinforcement structure having high strength without using concrete.SOLUTION: A wall reinforcement structure 10A is formed of a reinforcing truss structural material 11, an inner wall material 15 and an outer wall material 16. In a first floor part of a building, an upper end part and a lower end part of the plurality of reinforcing truss structural materials 11 are connected to a ceiling part and a foundation part of the building; an upper end part 41 and a lower end part 42 of the plurality of inner wall materials 15 are connected to the ceiling part and the foundation part of the building; an upper end part 48 and a lower end part 49 of the plurality of outer wall materials 16 are connected to the ceiling part and the foundation part of the building. In a second or higher floor part of the building, the upper end part and the lower end part of the plurality of reinforcing truss structural members 11 are connected to a ceiling part and a floor part of the building; the upper end part 41 and the lower end part 42 of the plurality of inner wall materials 15 are connected to the ceiling part and the floor part of the building; the upper end part 48 and the lower end part 49 of the plurality of outer wall materials 16 are connected to the ceiling part and the floor part of the building.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
