To realize control of large displacement vibration associated with resonance phenomenon created in a long-period system using facilities and a space much smaller than those in a previous method.SOLUTION: A support body 1 is provided with a support surface 11 in a generally concave bending shape having a convex in a downward direction. A rotating body 2 is movably arranged along the support surface 11 on the support surface 11. A concentrated load section 3 is arranged in the rotating body 2 and configured to decenter a center of gravity of the rotating body 2 from a rotating axis of the rotating body 2 while rotating.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
