OPENING/CLOSING BODY OPERATING DEVICE
To provide an opening/closing body operating device that can set the zero position of an opening/closing body at a correct position if a close mechanism operates when the opening/closing body is at an incorrect position.SOLUTION: The opening/closing body operating device comprises an opening/closing body, a close mechanism, an opening/closing body drive unit, a control unit, and a position detection unit. The close mechanism includes an engaging section, an engaged section, a close mechanism side drive unit, and an interaction detection unit. The control unit makes the close mechanism side drive unit perform close drive, and after close drive is performed, if a difference between the current position and engageable position of the opening/closing body falls within a predetermined range, the control unit brings the engaging section into an open state so that the close mechanism can lock the opening/closing body because of engagement between the engaging section and engaged section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
