To provide a scaffold installation body capable of avoiding contact with an electric wire or a pillar device when a utility pole is built or removed.SOLUTION: A scaffold installation body 4 covering a scaffold material 3 attached to the utility pole P comprises a main body portion 40 having an opening 42 into which the scaffold material 3 is inserted, and an inclined surface 43 having a large diameter on the side of an opening portion 42 and having a diameter reduced toward the outer end side of the scaffold material 3 to cover the scaffold material 3 with the outer circumference, and an attachment means 41 for attaching the main body portion 40 to the utility pole P.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
